1. Purposes, methods and legal bases for data processing

This privacy policy applies exclusively to the online activities of this website and is valid for the visitors/users of the website. It does not apply to information collected through channels other than this website www.visiva.ch. The purpose of this privacy notice is to provide maximum transparency regarding the information the website collects and how it uses it.

Your personal data will be processed exclusively for purposes strictly connected with, instrumental to and necessary for the fulfilment of obligations related to the relationship with our Company; in particular:

Personal data processing is carried out through the operations of collection, recording, organisation, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, disclosure, erasure and destruction.

Processing will be carried out using IT systems by the Controller, the processor(s) and authorised persons (designated staff), adopting all precautionary measures to ensure security and confidentiality. The data will not be subject to profiling.

The data will be stored by the Controller and by the data processors appointed by it. In any case, your personal data will be stored and processed within the borders of the Swiss Confederation and will be transferred outside such borders only with your explicit consent.

5. Data subject rights

  • the origin of the personal data (with particular reference to cases in which they are not collected from the data subject and, in case of transfer to a third country, the existence of appropriate safeguards), the purposes and methods of processing;

  • the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools;

  • the identification details of the Controller, processors and the designated representative;

The data subject also has the right to obtain:

  • updating, rectification or, where relevant, supplementation of the data;

  • erasure, anonymisation or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data that do not need to be retained for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed;

  • confirmation that the operations described above have been notified, including their content, to those to whom the data have been communicated or disclosed, except where this proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared to the protected right;
