The platform

AITI4Welfare is a platform designed to connect the supply of services for companies and people in Italian-speaking Switzerland, encouraging corporate-welfare practices that improve quality of life and sustainability within businesses, supporting employee wellbeing.

Logotype

Through a sub-branding activity, we evolved the parent brand AITI logo, giving AITI4Welfare its own character by highlighting “4welfare” in negative (white on blue), making the logotype adaptable to different usage formats.

Website

The website was created as a welcoming interface for explanation and motivation, alongside the actual platform for offering/selling services. It aims to build a sense of community and belonging, sharing stories and best practices thanks to a rich content/blog section.

The new brand launch was paired with a multichannel awareness campaign designed to create anticipation and interest around the new service.

We handled creation and revision of blog content and its adaptation for social media, especially LinkedIn.
