Galli Immobiliare is the result of a fifty-year story — a story of passion for the territory of Italian-speaking Switzerland. The technical studio opened in the 1970s by Ivan Galli in Rivera was later joined by a construction company, also operating in Mesolcina. This company eventually became Galli Immobiliare.
Over the years, alongside promoting, administering and managing its own buildings, the agency also acquired new mandates. Today, together with its partners, Galli Immobiliare deals with third-party property management and administration, brokerage and real-estate promotion, first letting, re-letting, and consulting in the field of real estate and construction. The headquarters are in Grono (GR), while the Ticino branch is in Rivera (Monteceneri TI). The agency is distinguished by an all-female team.
Approach
The aim was to put Galli Immobiliare’s distinctive feature at the centre. Being an all-female team helps communicate the idea of care, of taking charge of the client, and the ability to listen to their needs and desires. The message is to offer not only services, but tailor-made attention for each client.
Features
The new website focuses on dynamism, simplification and easier management. We also aimed to improve mobile browsing comfort, since smartphones now generate over 50% of web connections.
We also designed an architecture and a design system that can be applied to all companies within the Galli group, maintaining a shared corporate identity while ensuring easy recognition of each individual company.
In the simplification process, we worked not only on graphics but also on functionality. When designing a website, it’s essential to ask: what is our user looking for?
If the answer, as in the case of Galli Immobiliare, is “solutions to live or work, for rent or to buy”, then we must offer a simple, intuitive search tool that immediately provides the most relevant answers based on the client’s requested features.
The “search” function responds to this precise need.
