Context
Casada is a construction company rooted in family values, based in Valle di Blenio. Over decades it has carried out private and public building projects and civil engineering works across Ticino. The merger with Reali Costruzioni strengthens its positioning while preserving its values.
Positioning & rebranding
The goal was to communicate “a new chapter in continuity”, supporting a positioning centred on expertise and sustainability versus competitors.
A more contemporary logo was adopted, adding a “green” element: one of the “A” letters became a green graphic sign that can evoke a mountain, a compass, a road or a railway — all elements connected to construction and engineering.
The rebranding continued with a corporate guideline to be used across all internal and external communication materials.
Website & photo shoots
The website features a contemporary design that plays with imagery, typography scale and white space: a dynamic story for a dynamic company with a rich portfolio of references.
On-site shoots and photos of completed works were essential to keep visual language (colour and framing) consistent with the message of competence, reliability and solidity.
