Bronz SA specialises in manufacturing electrical panels, data transmission, solar systems, and retail of electrical material and household appliances for professionals and private clients in Canton Ticino.
Strong professional experience: from small jobs to the execution of tunnels and major public, industrial and civil works. The Bronz SA team consists of 35 highly specialised collaborators across different operational areas.
Experience, professionalism, everyday life
We started from analysing available information and identifying the most communicable aspects, drafting the first texts with a social-media mindset.
Based on the texts and discussions with the client, we defined the post design: everyday-life moments and frequent questions, supported by the company colours (orange, light blue and green).
Social media management
How do you communicate that a company dealing with electrical systems, photovoltaic panels and the supply of electrical materials can be part of “everyday life”?
To convey the new positioning without interfering with the existing one (a brand already well known in the sector thanks to ongoing street and TV campaigns), we kept the provocative graphic style, adapting it to today’s communication standards.
The key element in the brand-customer dialogue was answering the customer’s question: How do you make yourself useful?
Main answers: solving problems, improving performance, meeting basic and status needs.
Social media advertising
The primary objective is awareness.
In the first phase, video and images were used to foster brand recognition and highlight the main characteristics. In the second phase, campaigns focused on specific products, aiming to generate purchasing actions and direct contact.
Photographic language
One of the client’s strengths is professionalism: expressed through technicians’ skills, research and use of quality products, and a service always attentive to market evolution.
For this reason, we decided to produce new photo shoots capable of representing all of this.
