ITS Servizio Canalizzazioni is a leading Swiss company in the maintenance and management of underground infrastructure. Often invisible work that deserved to be told on social media—giving a recognisable, empathetic voice to those working below the surface—through the creation and management of a creative editorial plan.
Concept
Sewer systems, pipelines, 3D surveys and drones: an underground world that Visiva brought to the surface with a communication strategy that enhances technical precision through accessible, ironic and visually powerful language.
The storytelling unfolds around key moments in a building’s life—from emergency intervention to preventive maintenance—putting the human experience and ITS’s technological readiness at the centre.

Service: total reliability, 24/7 availability and a team that moves before you even notice. Tone: direct, reassuring, almost like “civil superheroes”.
Technology: drones, geo-referenced surveys, real-time monitoring: the specialist side becomes a protagonist, without technical jargon.

Visual & tone
Graphics combine photographic and infographic elements, playing on the contrast between the “invisible world” and its concrete importance. Copy is catchy and sharp, designed to attract a broad target—from property owners to condominium managers, up to German tourists with a home in Ticino.
