Context

BancaStato is among the sponsors of HCAP, one of the teams in Switzerland’s top хокe(y) league. Although based in a small town in the Leventina Valley, the team has fans across Ticino and even beyond the Gotthard. For this reason, BancaStato sponsored special train runs from Bellinzona to the Ambrì-Piotta station on the occasion of HCAP games at the Gottardo Arena.

Spot

The creation of a video spot was the foundation of the communication plan to inform fans about the opportunity offered.
The choice was to play with irony and the faces of some fan favourites. We recreated a “train effect” inside the Arena, playing with images and sounds, linking the association between railway and hockey rink to a sense of fun and playfulness. Filming took place directly inside the Gottardo Arena.

Distribution

The spot was distributed online and on social channels through sharing and advertising activities. The concept of the spot was then adapted into large-format posters to reach even those fans who are less “social” and “digital”.
